1. AstroTrac 360 Reservation

Thank you for placing your AstroTrac 360 Reservation. By making your reservation you have secured your place in line for delivery of your AstroTrac 360 and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Effective Date

Your Reservation becomes effective when you checkout and we receive your Reservation Payment.

3. Order Process

When the start of production for your Reservation nears, we will send you a pro-forma invoice for the Balance Payment showing the purchase price of the AstroTrac 360, minus the Reservation Payment, plus estimates of shipping charges (and VAT for European customers). Once we receive the Balance Payment we will start production of your AstroTrac 360 and confirm the estimated shipping date. At this stage the Reservation and Balance payments become non-refundable.

4. Shipping

We are now shipping Reservation Orders. Orders will be shipped in the chronological order Reservations Payments are received.

5. Acknowledgements

We will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your Reservation Payment. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of AstroTrac.
